What began as a draft for establishing a Himalayan society at St. Stephen’s College, Delhi in 2020, transformed into Rewasum, an online blog for writers, mountain enthusiasts, travellers and scholars. Rewasum gained a slow yet steady group of followers with shared stories, histories and interests from the Western Himalayas, and beyond. Our initial goal of setting up a college society metamorphosed into archiving our culture and heritage.
The team began as a group of three from Lahaul, Spiti and Ladakh, which now has grown to include all the contributors and volunteers.
